By integrating Origin with the S7-1500 PLC brain systems, learners will gain expertise in PLC programming and generating diverse codes for varying levels of difficulty in applications.
This equips trainees with the knowledge needed to excel in industrial settings.
The main components of the S7-1500 brain system include an ON/OFF switch, emergency switch, power output socket for supplying power to the applications unit with 24V, 12V, and 5V, and indication LEDs to show power connection to the terminals.
Included in the PLC are a SIMATIC S7-1500 CPU 1516, digital input module, digital output module, analog input module, and analog output module.
The brain system is furnished with three PROFINET sockets, one 50-Pin D-Sub Socket, and one 25-Pin D-Sub Socket for making connections.
You can establish connections using the provided 25-pin D-sub-socket and the 50-pin D-sub-socket.
The PLC can be linked to an external Laboratory PC for trainees to design and execute coding examples.

The module given is a traction type equipped with pick up and drop off algorithms.
